If you're having an issue syncing items from your budget in StyleRow to an invoice in Quickbooks, this error occurs when StyleRow is attempting to sync an invoice to QuickBooks, but one or more of the item names in the budget has the same name as a Category type in QuickBooks. To fix this issue, check the item names in your budget to see if any of them are the same as a Category within Quickbooks.
To check your Quickbooks Category names, follow the following steps. Go to the Sales menu on the left panel, then select Products and Services. Select the dropdown More, then select Manage categories. If you find a category that matches the name of an item on your invoice, leave Quickbooks and change the name of the item on your StyleRow budget. You can add an additional word or number to make it different.
Then the invoice should sync seamlessly after the adjustments have been made.
